Whenever I Resize A Visual Studio 2005 Window, The Border Of The Window Is Redrawn On The Screen Many Times (sorta A Ghosting Effect). It Only Happens In This One Program, But I Am Stuck Using VS 2005 To Work With An Old Library For Which I Don't Have The Original Source Code.
